Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated April 19, 2026
1. Principles
ProMan is a shared product. To keep it reliable for everyone, we expect every user and organization to use it in good faith and within the law. This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not use ProMan (or let anyone else use your account or organization) to do any of the following:
- Transmit malware of any kind — viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any other code intended to disrupt or compromise systems.
- Host or share illegal content, including CSAM, content that infringes intellectual property, or content prohibited under UAE or applicable international law.
- Harass, threaten, or defame other users, Cotek employees, or third parties.
- Scrape or data-mine the service, or use automated tools to access pages or APIs in excess of published rate-limits.
- Evade rate limits or usage caps, including by creating multiple accounts or organizations to split usage across plan limits.
- Circumvent security or access-control mechanisms, attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, or probe for vulnerabilities without prior written permission.
- Send unsolicited bulk email through ProMan features (invitations, contact forms, notifications) to recipients who haven’t agreed to be contacted.
3. Enforcement
Violating this policy may result in an immediate warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your account — with or without refund — depending on severity. For serious violations (malware, CSAM, attempted attacks on other tenants) we will act without warning and may report conduct to law enforcement.
If you believe another user is violating this policy, email support@cotek.live.
4. Questions
Questions about this policy — including whether something you’re planning is allowed — go to support@cotek.live. We’d rather answer a question up front than enforce a surprise later.
